Haysam is the Cofounder and CEO of Prodgrade, where he leads the company's mission to help businesses build secure, scalable software powered by AI. Before starting Prodgrade, Haysam worked as a Web Development Lead, sharpening his craft across front end engineering, product architecture, and technical strategy at companies including Arbisoft, Confiz, and Turing Technologies.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, where his foundation in engineering first took shape, and that hands on technical background still shapes how he leads today, staying close to the product and working directly alongside engineers rather than managing from a distance.
